YAMAKAN - Katsuyama x Abekan Daiginjo

Collaboration project with Abekan Brewery to challenge for experimental Sake. This is an innovative project of mixed sake that the two breweries started in 2021. The idea is to mix the different characters of Katsuyama’s Junmai Daiginjo and Abekan’s Daiginjo. The blending results in a very unique sake.
