Created by Bodegas Paniza in the eponymous village in the historic region of Carinena, southwest of the town of Zaragoza and midway between Madrid and Barcelona. Predominantly Chardonnay, backed up with Viura this is a light, dry and refreshing style of wine that is ideal as an apertif. Lovely lemon and pineapple aromas with zingy citrus flavours.
