Description

Lots of ripe, focused fruit here with dried-strawberry, floral and spice aromas. Hints of crushed stones. It is medium-to full-bodied with a balance of ripe tannins and a savoury finish. James Suckling 

The 2016 Ceretto Barolo Bussia is packed with tannin and acidity, allowing to pair with flavourful dishes such as rib eye steak, cottage pie, veal chops, venison stew, truffle risotto, and mushroom pie. Drink 2024-2036.
