ready-improve2018 Monthélie Rouge, Domaine de Montille

This wine is made without adding sulphur during vinification, the intention being that it drinks well and gives pleasure when young. Made with two-thirds whole bunches, it’s explosively floral on the nose. The palate has juicy crushed strawberry fruit flavours, finishing with chalky tannins. Drink now to 2023.
