2020 Berry Bros. & Rudd Provence Rosé by Château la Mascaronne
We are delighted to once again partner with the esteemed Ch. la Mascaronne for this fresh and delectable rosé. The initial sensation of biting into a fresh red plum is followed by vivid notes of wild strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants. Above all, this is an energetic, pure and mineral wine with delicious freshness and a long, creamy finish.

2019 Berry Bros. & Rudd Mosel Riesling Kabinett by Selbach-Oster, Germany
This delectable Riesling is one of the most thirst-quenching wines that you could ever wish to taste. Made for us by the brilliant Johannes Selbach, it has fresh green apple and apricot aromas, lifted by the scent of meadow wildflowers. The flavours are invigorating, with bright apple freshness persisting alongside more tropical notes of kaffir lime leaves and a twist of white pepper. There’s a hint of sweetness on the otherwise palate-cleansing finish, making this a perfect match for Vietnamese dishes or a Gorgonzola salad.

2021 Berry Bros. & Rudd Beaujolais-Villages by Desvignes
Sourced by the Desvignes family from hilly vineyards in the village of Jullié, this is a vibrant and charming example of Gamay in its natural home. The wine is made entirely without oak to preserve its lifted floral aromatics and bright, crunchy berry fruit. Light and delicate, this is a versatile wine you can enjoy lightly chilled Eeither on its own or with lighter dishes.

2012 Champagne R&L Legras, St. Vincent
The Cuvees St Vincent, using their best wines from old vines plot aged with lees for 10 years before being released, stand easily the test of time and get better with age. The outstanding 2012 vintage Champagne has a promising and pleasant color with twinkling little reflections. A generous mousse with fine bubbles. On the nose the wine expresses a gourmet and powerful personality with buttered notes of hot brioche and an exceptional freshness due to Chardonnay. It offers a gustative aromatic richness, some complexity and a great balance – which reflect an exceptional cuvee. On the palate, the wine is sublimated by notes of pineapple flambe which give a very pleasant feeling of warmth. 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay, 4gr/L dosage.

2019 Pouilly-Fuissé, Sur La Roche, Olivier Merlin
When the classification arrives in 2020, this will be the highest-altitude Premier Cru in Pouilly-Fuissé: it’s over 300 metres above sea level. There’s a little more ripeness to the nose here, but the palate retains the signature freshness of the vineyard. A star performer this year, this has wonderful salinity and minerality. Drink 2024-2030.

2001 Château Calon Ségur, St Estèphe, Bordeaux
The 2001 Calon-Ségur has a delightful bouquet, very pure and a little more vivacious than the preceding vintage, featuring lovely brambly red fruit, rose petals, autumn leaves and a touch of cigar box, all well defined and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a little more cohesive than the 2000, and slightly granular in texture, with a graceful, elegant and quite persistent finish. This is one of the few châteaux where it's difficult to choose between the 2001 and 2000. Drinking perfectly now. Drink 2021 - 2045

2021 Moscato d'Asti, Marcarini, Piedmont
Brilliant straw-yellow color with soft green reflections. A delicate white froth evolves into a very fine and persistent perlage. Its full nose is aromatic, floral and fruity as well as intense and persistent. The taste, which is pleasantly sweet and refreshing due to the low alcohol content and correct acidity, is smooth and rich with musky sensations typical of the Moscato grape - the wine's aromatic persistence is very long and intense. This is the dessert wine par excellence and it pairs well with fresh pastries and cakes, traditional panettone, all kinds of baked desserts as well as fruit.

2004 Champagne Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne Rosé, Brut
The 2004 Comtes de Champagne Rosé, Brut shows an expressive nose with notes of strawberries, fresh rhubarb compote, and delicate notes of dried flowers, fresh biscuit and toasted bread. 2016 Le Petit Mouton, Pauillac
Dark red with a purple hue, the nose is redolent of black fruit with some mocha and coffee notes. Fresh and full-bodied, there are crisp tannins with a finely tuned layer of spice giving way to a well-balanced, long finish.

2010 Champagne Dom Ruinart, Blanc de Blancs, Brut
A pretty and warm golden hue in the glass with flecks of green, the 2010 Dom Ruinart already speaks of opulence. On the nose, primary aromas of white flowers and slate give way to toasted hazelnut and nutmeg. The palate is incredible: it’s almost alive, with brilliant and fine effervescence that dances around the mouth. A rich and lively mouthfeel, which has flavours of fig and warm spices, held up by brilliant acidity and structure. Tremendous power and length, the citrus tang delivers great intensity. Drink 2023-2035.
