Les Rouges sits relatively high on the slope above Echezeaux. This is a wine which seems to improve each year, partly due to climate change and partly because of Étienne’s work in both vineyard and cellar. It’s beautifully pretty, with a floral lift and invigorating energy allied to the rich and ripe red berry fruit of the vintage. Drink 2025-2035.
