Grown on sandy soils, Roagna’s 2014 Barbaresco from the exclusive Gallina vineyard showcases Nebbiolo’s charming qualities. The nose is gentle but nonetheless expressive, with notes of dried fruits, flowers and herbs. The palate offers subtle flavours of spice, mushroom, nuts and gamey notes.
