An intense, inviting nose brims with cassis and a welcoming acidity that’s integrated with finely wrought tannins. There is grip, hints of vanilla and overall, a tasty glass of wine. The yield was just 28.5hl/ha which is the smallest ever. Production in 2013 was therefore 60% less than in 2012, so there are 8,000 cases this year, compared with 20,000 in 2012.
