Domaine Jacques Prieur Volnay 1er Cru Clos de Santenots is a 3-acre, walled parcel of the greater Santenots vineyard well situated on the center slope with a due eastern exposure on the southern boundary of the Volnay appellation. This is a monopole vineyard, exclusive to Domaine Jacques Prieur. Soils are very well drained and comprised primarily of magnesium and limestone.
