Jean-Pierre Guyon is one of the rising stars of Burgundy, making some of the finest wines of in the famous village of Vosne-Romanée. Les Planchots is a well-drained vineyard situated on sandy, gravel soils which give the wine a fine, delicate tannic structure. There are aromas of crushed wild strawberry here, along with tiny red berries and a touch of peppery spice. Jean-Pierre recommends decanting all of his wines to allow them to open up and fully express themselves. Drink now to 2025.
