Deep bright cherry red. Slightly medicinal cherry aroma, a little bit stalky but scented too. Relatively slight overall but elegant and fresh, with fine, lightish tannins. Sustained finish with the herbaceousness bringing freshness. Scores on elegance rather than power. Juicy aftertaste.
