For this, the second vintage of our Beaujolais-Villages, we have worked again with Louis-Benoît and Claude-Emmanuelle Desvignes. The 60-year-old vines, planted on pink granite soils high up in the village of Jullié, give a concentrated but fresh wine with Gamay’s classic floral perfume and succulent drinkability. The grapes are fermented as whole bunches, gently pressed and then raised without oak to give an elegant, delicate and complex expression of Beaujolais.
