Grapes for the Les Epinettes Blanc de Noirs are sourced from a north-west plot in Verzy, that offers more maturity than many of Champagne Penet’s wines. This blanc de noirs is a pure and chiselled celebration of Pinot Noir, from a Grand Cru village. Both the nose and palate are filled with notes of hay smoke, musk, and bursts of wild raspberry. The foam is fine, with a firmly mineral, defined, and long finish. Drink now  E2040.
