ready-keep2019 Rully Rouge, La Chaume, Jean-Yves Devevey

This is from a sector of the same vineyard as the blanc, with reddish, ferrous soil. Both grapes and stems ripened beautifully: Jean-Yves could thus vinify this cuvée whole-bunch. He likes the aromatic effect  Ean herbaceous complement to the ripe red berries  Eand suppleness it contributes to the palate. This’ll give enormous pleasure in the short- to medium-term. Drink 2022-2025.
