This classic blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of ripe redcurrant, cassis and a hint of savoury spice. On the palate, its seductive fruit flavours are wrapped around a core of fresh acidity and firm  Eyet perfectly integrated  Etannins. It is approachable now with or without food, but has the structure to age gracefully. From the Bordeaux region of South West France. Best served at around 18 degrees, decanted an hour before serving with roast beef, steaks or coq au vin.
