The inimitable Dean Hewitson brings a lightness of touch to his wines. Our 2019 Shiraz has an intense nose of red and black hedgerow fruit, chocolate and liquorice, with a subtle mint note. The palate is vividly fresh, full of macerated raspberry coulis fruit mingling with liquid blackcurrants and elderberries. The wine is balanced, refreshing and harmonious, finishing with mouth-watering dark chocolate.
